CORRELATION BETWEEN SKIN AGING AND COLLAGEN:

Patients can resume their normal daily activities quickly after Ruella treatment. Ruella is a non-surgical procedure with a quicker recovery period than fat grafts. It creates a biodegradable scaffold and collagensis and does not require autologous fat engraftment.
RUELLA PROTOCOL:
1.Lidocaine injection and 0.9% sterilized saline water. Take off the RUELLA aluminum stopper and clean the inner rubber stopper with an alcohol wipe. Inject 2mL of 2% lidocaine and 7mL of water for injection into the RUELLA 260mg/ Vial.
2.After injecting lidocaine and the water for injection shake the vial to ensure that the PLLA is evenly distributed in the HA. Allow to stand for approximately one hour.
3.Before beginning the process, shake the hydrated RUELLA to ensure the PLLA is evenly distributed throughout the HA. Before using, make sure it’s evenly dispersed. If too much is added to a syringe, PLLA will agglomerate inside the syringe. If PLLA aggregates, only PLLA may remain in the syringe, and only the HA solution can be administered. We recommend using many tiny syringes.
4.Before the process, apply rubbing alcohol to the treatment area and disinfect it with an iodine solution. To treat the BAP Point,roughly 0.4 to 0.5 CC should be applied to the subcutaneous fat layer. Rub gently after each treatment spot to ensure that the PLLA is evenly distributed.
CAN RUELLA HIGH AMOUNT AT ONCE CAUSE INFLAMMATION?
The protocol given by RUELLA is not excessively injected and, compared to other companies, RUELLA is safe because it does not contain CMC or Mannitol. Antibiotics are usually not required following the filler treatment.
A. FACE PROTOCOL
-Cheekbones protruding about 2cm from the tail of the eye About one centimeter away from the nose.
-1cm in front of ear hole.
-Move about 1.5-2cm from the tail of the mouth to the right of the chin.
-Positioned in the mandibular septum at the mandibular angle level (each part in the lower width of the jawbone, i.e., elevation formed by descending from the mandibular region, the pointed part of the jawbone)
B. NECK PROTOCOL
-The midline between the submandibular boundary and the hyoid bone
-Midline between the top of the uvula and the bottom of the thyroid cartilage
-Cheekbones protruding about 2cm from the tail of the eye
-The midpoint of the top of the sternum
-A horizontal point 0.5 cm laterally from the medial boundary between the
-The apex of the bone and the horizontal point of the cartilage floor of the thyroid gland
-Horizontal point between the base of the thyroid cartilage and the sternal incision
AFTERCARE:
Massage the treated area. Follow the 5-5-5 massage rule after the treatment. If you don’ t massage after the treatment, the PLLA particles can clump together and not be adequately absorbed into the skin. The 5-5-5 massage is done at least 5 times a day at least 5 minutes at a time and for more than 5 days. It is recommended that you massage your fingertips in a circular motion for 5 minutes, 5 times each day.However, meridian massage that vigorously massages the treatment area should be avoided.
AVOID TREATING THE AREAS LISTED BELOW:
1.Between the eyebrows.
2.Directly above the eyebrows. If you wish to do a procedure on the forehead, assume the area is divided into upper and lower parts, and perform the process as high as possible.
3.Lips and just beneath the lips. Knowing that, like the forehead, it is separated into upper and lower parts by the lower lip and the point of the chin, keep the treatment as low as possible.
4.Under the eyes. Following punching, a 27G needle or cannula is utilized.
